I'm not a theorist who read a management book and decided to consult. For over a decade, I've been a real operator. I'm VP of Operations at Curran Associates, a lean company that's spent roughly forty years supplying technical conference proceedings to institutions worldwide. Small team, global reach. That's the same do-more-with-less operations work I now bring to other small businesses.

I started McFly Operations to bring that same work to other businesses. I enjoy walking into a complicated situation, finding the knot, and untangling it.

My approach is simple: I'm an operator, not an advisor. I don't drop a PDF of recommendations and disappear. I get into the weeds, build the system, and make sure your team actually uses it.

When I build something, I build it for your team to own. The goal is independence, not a retainer.
